I was delighted, Darren is such a personable and knowledgeable guy. He was bang on time, explained everything as he was going along, was very slick with the paperwork. I had my CP12 Landord certificate in minutes owing to a very customer eccentric approach and a nifty bit of technology.
I was that impressed with the service that when my tenant had a subsequent problem with a gas hob TGS was the first company I rang. I'm more than happy to recommend and will certainly be my first point of call in the future.
Being an 'accidental' landlord, their help has been invaluable to me.

Darren came to fix our boiler which kept cutting out. Great bloke had it fixed again with 5 mins. Will use this company all the time now for any jobs around the house. Brilliant prices as well.

Very professional, confident, and with good knowledgeable communications and explanations being given during the the service period.
There was also a free follow up carried out the next day about gas fire spares that were required. This was negotiated by the Technician on our behalf and the spares arrived free the day after. Excellent 5 star service, highly recommended.

Darren serviced our boiler 22.2.24, lovely man to come into your home, arrived at the agreed time, very thorough, explained his findings (which were all good (with a couple of recommendations for next time) showed us photographic evidence , all in all a great experience which put our minds at rest, thank you Darren, would highly recommend.
