Please note that your gas supply will be temporarily interrupted during the work, after which we will perform thorough operational and safety checks. Finally, the engineer will finalize the installation paperwork and present it to you for your signature of satisfaction.

Hob Installation

Our skilled engineers will arrive on site with confidence to perform a comprehensive risk assessment and assess the placement of your hob. This procedure guarantees total compliance with gas safety, building codes, and manufacturer standards prior to the commencement of installation. They will identify the necessary components required, ensuring a precise and secure installation process. Please note that there may be a brief interruption to your gas supply during this work. Afterward, we will carry out thorough operational and safety checks to ensure everything is functioning perfectly. Finally, the engineer will finalize the installation paperwork and promptly present it to you for your approval and signature.

Tap Installation  

Our skilled engineers will visit your location to handle your tap installation needs, whether with provided taps or customer-purchased taps. They will thoroughly evaluate the requirements to ensure a seamless installation experience with minimal disruption to your daily activities. Please note that the engineer will need access to the main stopcock or external mains isolation tap, which may result in some slight inconvenience during the process. Upon completion, the engineer will verify the correct operation of the tap and ensure that all disturbed pipework is leak-free.
