What Happens During a New Boiler Installation?
Initial Site Visit: We will attend your property at a convenient time to carry our a site inspection, to determine the position and requirements to meet all the relevant Manufacturer, building and gas safe regulations.
Location: We will determine the ideal location for the boiler and make any necessary preparations. This may involve clearing the area, ensuring proper ventilation and lighting during the installation, and creating access for maintenance.
Connections: We will handle any required plumbing and electrical work to connect the boiler to the water supply, central heating system, and electrical power.
Flue: For boilers that require a flue, we will install the flue system, ensuring it meets safety regulations and provides proper ventilation for the boiler.
Test and Commission: After the installation is finalized, we will conduct thorough testing of both the boiler and the heating system to confirm that they are operating effectively. Be sure to complete the boiler benchmark and register the warranty for your boiler.
Gas Safe Building Certificate: Once the boiler installation is finalized, we will register the boiler with Gas Safe and apply for the building certificate on your behalf.
Warranty Certificate: We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to confirm correct installation and have your warranty certificate issued.
